Where do you deliver, and what is the fee for delivery?
We deliver to all of Marin County. We charge a $20 dollar delivery fee. Gift Box, and succulent pick-ups can also be arranged. Please call or email us for more information.
Do you offer same day local delivery?
We are happy to! Please have your order placed by 9:00 am for same day delivery.
What time do deliveries take place?
All gifts will be delivered between the hours of 11AM - 4PM. Please leave any special delivery instructions in the notes section when checking out.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes, absolutely. Please contact us at to discuss all corporate and bulk gifting options.
Can I customize my order?
We love customizing gifts, and creating special boxes. Please contact us at , and we will work together to create unique custom gifts.
Can I request specific flowers for my gift box?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any special flower requests at this time. We pick our flowers based on freshness and seasonality.
Do you ship?
We do! All shipped boxes come with an air plant. We are not able to ship succulent or flower arrangements at this time.
What if I have special delivery instructions?
We strive to make sure that each box is delivered in a thoughtful way, and reaches the recipient safely. Please make sure to leave us all special delivery instructions in the ‘DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS’ box during checkout on the cart page. This field is located underneath the items you are purchasing. You can also call us at 415-891-2113.
When delivering in a gift box, what will happen if there is no one to receive the gift?
If the recipient is not available to receive the delivered box, the gift box will be left at the delivery location. We will then notify you as to where the gift has been left so you can let the recipient know. BoxTrot cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.
